Who do I call if my card is lost or stolen?

Call the marketer/card issuer who issued your RFN card immediately so they can protect or block the account. Do not send full card numbers through the website.

Can RFN show my card balance or credit limit?

No. Balance, billing, payment, and credit-limit requests must go through the marketer/card issuer who manages your account.

Can RFN provide current fuel pricing?

RFN cannot provide pricing in the chatbot. Contact the marketer who issued your RFN card or the site directly for current pricing.
